Working - baking

I'm done with subbing until after Christmas. I have a term until them but I'm hoping it gets extended. I'll just have to wait and see. Each weekend I have been doing some baking to get ready for Christmas. It's too much to do it all in one day so that's why I've decided to spread it out. Cause really. Why does everything have to be done the same day? So far I have made about 7 dozen shortbread cookies, 5 dozen pumpkin tarts and 5 dozen butter tarts. all are tucked safely into the freezer (except for the bunch of pumpkin tarts we ate for supper.) Yes, that's right. Pumpkin tarts were the main meal in tonight's supper. Now if I can just be as on top of the Christmas shopping I'd be doing ok. The tree is up though and there is 2 wrapped presents under the tree but that's it. There is only 1 more present to wrap.
